 The final Year of GCSE and secondary school is opon them.  Your kids will have to take there GCSE exam this year and will lead the way for college or for work.  This is an important year for your child.  So please remember to give them some fun learning activities such as:

1. Prepare a healthy meal

You could introduce various fireless cooking recipes to your 15-year-old. Let them try as many recipes as they wish by guiding them on proper safety measures. Teach them to select healthy ingredients to enhance the nutritional value of the food.
