The XX Brain

With so much in the news about the way medical research favours ales over females, this was really interesting for me. I want to know how best to keep my brain functioning well and this book really helps. I'm reading it with another book by the same author about diet, and feel I know much more about how my brain will differ from a male brain in terms of potential for dementia, and how to stave that off.
