The Night I Flunked My Field Trip Hank is thrilled about the "Best Field Trip of the Year"-everyone from Ms. Adolph's class gets to spend the night on an old-fashioned three-mast sailing ship in New York Harbor! And Hank gets even more excited when the ship's captain chooses him to be the first mate. But being first mate is not all it's cracked up to be, especially for a crazy captain who takes his job a little too seriously. The best field trip of the year is becoming the worst night of Hank's life-how's he going to get out of this one?
Holy Enchilada! Hank Zipzer can't wait for the school Multi-Cultural Day lunch for no reading, no writing, just cooking! Then his teacher takes a bite of the super spicy enchiladas that he's made and the trouble really starts. Holy enchilada! Did he accidentally use three cups of chilli powder? He couldn't have done that could he?
Help! Somebody Get Me Out of Fourth Grade It's time for the end of year parent-teacher conference, and Hank's in a panic. He's afraid that his teacher is going to tell his parents that he has to repeat the fourth grade. So Hank creates an elaborate scheme to have his parents win an out-of-town trip so they're gone during the conference days. Of course, the plan backfires. Will Hank have to stay in fourth grade forever?
Summer School! What Genius Thought That Up? Summer school are two words in the English language that Hank Zipzer doesn't want to learn. But there's no getting out of this one for Hank-summer school, here he comes! Will Hank have to spend the summer bored to death inside a sweltering classroom, or will he actually learn a cool lesson or two?
My Secret Life as a Ping-Pong Wizard Having made it through summer school, Hank thought his problems were over. Little does he know, they are only just beginning. In fifth grade everyone has to pick a favourite sport and specialise in it. Hank is worried: he can't run, he can't catch, and he can't throw. He needs a plan and fast!
My Dog's a Scaredy-Cat It's Halloween and Hank Zipzer is determined to get his own back on school bully Nick McKelty for laughing at his fancy-dress costume. Hank is going to turn his living room into the scariest haunted house ever! But Hank's dog, Cheerio, is more scared than anyone. So scared, in fact, he runs away. Has Hank's Halloween high jinks gone too far this time?
Niagara Falls - Or Does It? Hank Zipzer is smart, creative and funny. He wants to do well in school, he really does. He tries not to be lazy and he does his best not to be late. So why is he always getting into trouble? And why does he feel like the world's greatest underachiever?
I Got a "D" in Salami Hank Zipzer's report is due, and he's dreading it. Then he gets his grades and they are his worst nightmare come true: straight Ds. His parents are not going to be happy. Hank needs help. And he needs it fast!
Day of the Iguana It's science-project time, which is bad news for Hank Zipzer. He loves science and he loves doing experiments, but writing a report? No way! Finally he comes up with the perfect project! Until his sister's pet iguana gets in the way.
